Fillersvolado leaves, mild and come from bottom of plant, need to be matured about 12 months.
Seco leaves - more flavor than volado, and come from the middle of the plant, and have a thicker texture, nee to be matured for at least 18 months.
Ligero leaves are much stronger and have more body. From top of plant, they need 2-3 years of maturation before they are ready.
